So many: I called to use coupon "Free Installation/Free 1st Month". Cox crews visited 3 times and then another regarding my telephone cross talk technician check. They(?) mailed me a collections letter when I was out of state which did not itemize what had not been paid. They charged me for an additional phone line installation that did not occur. They charged me for a phone moden they said I had to have for my phone - - all 3 of my phones (one has an answer machine attached to the base) worked at my prior residence just 1/4-mile away. My interned repeatedly closed down; my phone calls have "cross-talk" from my next-door neighbor they say they can do nothing about and I am believing at this point that they disconnected my landline that I told them I wanted when they first visited and replaced it with this phone modem and they say they cannot correct the "cross-talk". They blocked my internet, including my yahoo and hotmail internet accounts at the library and today they blocked my phone so that I can only call COX . . . .

I will not continue doing business with this FRAUDULENT organization.
