Like everyone else, I saw a charge on my bank statement. I tried the number and it was bogus so I tried it again in case of operator error. I spoke with Paul, who introduced himself as a Customer Service Manager. After his introduction, he asked if this......and said my name, to which I was shocked but replied yes. I then went on to tell him I saw the charges and he said they came from an internet purchase and there was a 30day free trial membership (which I have been getting mail about) and after the 30 days, there is a monthly charge. I told him I didn't remember any of that and that I wanted it cancelled like yesterday. He assured me my account was cancelled and supplied me with a confirmation number and his employee ID, I asked for his last name initial but he wouldn't give me that. Anyway, before I could ask he also assured me a full refund of my 24.99. I didn't have to say much, but maybe this will help.

  • I'm not requesting anything yet, only if I don't get the refund I was promised when I called.
