I paid for a DVD set of Mission Impossible on 08/08/2012 ( US $110 ) and have never received the DVD'S.
I have emailed them and requested a refund as their website states that customer satisfaction is important and that their DVD's are insured, but they will not reply.
The website states that shipping to Australia takes 2 to 4 weeks at most, but it has been 7 weeks so far, so it would appear that the DVD's never existed.

- I got my DVD after 3 months only to find it was a pirate copy from the TV, Not happy.
