We were unfortunate enough to decide to go for a chinese tonight and went in the Dragon Boat Rhyl, all seemed well initially, untill the couple adjacent to us had the misfortune to have there card declined, the owner of the restaurant had as much tact as a bull in a china shop and continously embarrassed them in front of all the other customers. When one of our party complained about it and suggested that there should be somewhere they could take them instead of being in the restaurant, bearing in mind that by now the man in the party that could not pay had already apologised to my wife 3 times already, when it had nothing to do with us, at the end of the day we had come out for a quiet relaxing meal and did not need this, the owner then turned her fustrations on us, claimed our friend that was with us was pi**ed and instructed her staff not to serve her any more drink and to get us out. The owner with her head up her own arse then stormed out of the restaurant not even giving us a chance to reason or discuss the issue with her, leaving the staff to deal with her ludicrous commands. I felt reallly sorry for the staff having to work with such an idiot. As it was she did us a favour as we went down the road to Rossini's Italian and had an excellant meal with a stuck up owner.
