Call on phone saying your computer has been reported as spreading viruses and they can fix. Claim to clean up problems and install virus protection that you do not have to renew. After gaining remote access to you computer they steal any information they can and install temporary virus protection (trial versions available to anyone). They do nothing for your computer, they just take your money.
