Attempted to purchase Microsoft Office Home & Business online. Their website threw up an error to say that the address could not be verified (UK Address). I contacted them via their help system.
No email as promised, no software link. Charged money to my credit card and said they could not refund. Disputed with Visa and will receive my money back for undelivered goods.
Possible Scam company - clearly an incompetent Company.
Buyer Beware website.
