I requested and paid by PayPal an unlock code for a Samsung Galaxy mobile. I received backdoor codes that are freely available off the internet and not an unlock code. They also had a message at the bottom of the email stating that the 'unlock' procedure would have to be repeated every time the phone was turned on/off!!! I have emailed them about my discontent but have not received a reply yet. If you try to fill out a simple general enquiry form on their website you can't send it unless you fill in a lot of superfluous information about IMEI numbers etc that have no relevance at all to the enquiry. The money in this case is not the main issue rather their lack of willingness to be transparent i.e. no contact details at all.
