I ordered a free beauty kit and paid the p&p. On delivery, I realised something wasn't quite right. So I googled the company ( I know should have done it before) and came across numerous complaints. In the hour of recieving the kit, I rang the bank and cancelled my card and also spoke to the fraud department who have flagged my account for any deductions that they may make. They also said they are well aware of this company and are monitoring them. I contacted deadsea and they did reply, saying if I returned the gift then they would reimburse me the £57.95 that they have taken. Which was interesting as they actually hadn't taken any amount apart from £3.95 I contacted them again and said as I was returning the package and had time to do so,why would they have they taken the money? Reply.....well didn't get one. I then asked if I could send the package to their registered address in London. Got a reply then, do not send it to this address it is corporate offices full of lawyers??? Well so I posted it there, it will be taken my someone I am sure and as its registered some one will be signing for it. Lesson learnt...in my case its not,no fool like an old fool but a vain fool. I actually haven't lost money yet, but i had to having to put a sum in monetary value box to continue...and I'm sure it won't be long before I do.
