My name Tatyana Kiperband live in Indianapolis, Indiana.
I wanted to buy a puppy over the Internet Maltese .. I wrote a letter to the seller that I want to buy. She wrote that she would sell me 2 puppies for 188 dollars they live in Nashvil TN. And I have to pay for their flight 255 dollars. I paid. She wrote that the puppies will be in the morning for me. In the morning they were not. I wrote her. She wrote that the puppies do not fly they do not have insurance and I have to pay another 697 dollars. I said that I will not pay. And I realized that this is fraud .. I wish that would have her arrested and she returned my money and damages.
