Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently purchased a lock from your online store (order ID 202-8328303-2776351).
Unfortunately, your service has fallen far short of my expectations. As I bought one lock but I received two. The one I bought with free delivery, you charged me £3.96 at the top of the real price for the delivery. The other lock which I never purchased (order ID 202-7334590-4562757) and you debited from my account £31.80. I remember when I was looking for the desired item I was trapped by your IT system and I couldn’t get out from the page easily. But I am sure I never ordered it or paid for it. I will send it back.
I it terribly shocking to use my bank detail without my consent and against my wish. Before I thought you are a credible company
Please find attached both invoices. I expect a refund and postage reimbursement and also damages within two weeks.
I hope that I will not be forced to report this incident to the Businesses and customers bodies and contact the press to prevent people being victim of your fallacies and make them avoid your dishonest manners.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Mohamed [Personal Information Removed]
