Today using amazon.co.uk. I booked Samsung Galaxy S3 mobile phone. which was appearing with price £ 395 + delivery charge £ 6 =£ 401.21. Seeing the price under new product i booked. After booking i saw there is change in item description and it showing used one. As a result i cancelled the order on Amazon.co.uk.I made payment using using Amzon online payment. So when i canceled order the amount deducted from account is not return back.
I tried bank and amazon site to help but none is helping and making difficult by saying each other to look into matter. order no on amazon :203-0857530-6767546

Please help in this regard. I am physically challenged can't walk need help on humanity ground.
