Simply needed a new engine coolant tub. Specifically told manager and mechanic I was out of work and to please "only" fix what needed fixing- not preventative suggestions. They said it was necessary for upper and lower hoses, new thermostat and tub. Total cost $1200. Took car to honest local company, total cost $189. 1/2 year later the car is still running great. Also called Jag dealer, they confirmed you would know if you needed new hoses-they would be smoking. I was treated horribly at this place. Truly insulting- was told if I don't have money possibly should not be taking my car in to them. Never said didn't have money, just asked for them to be honest about what needed fixing. Horrible to try and take advantage of someone when they are in hard times. Shame on you guys!
