I was called and told that I owed $495.00 for web service that I know I did not order. They played a tape were I said I was authorized to order something for my wife's company. I did not hear them mention the price or them asking me to approve a charge of $495.00. I built our website and personally listed it on Google for free. Why would anyone pay if Google is free? They are threatening to send it to a collection agency. They offered to allow me to pay it in three installments and to send me a document to use for my taxes. Would a legitimate company wait 10 months to send an invoice for services?
