At 11:30 I did a call in Bogota, Colombia from a public telephone booth using the WIMACTL company. I talked less than 10 minutes and I was billed 42,87$. How can you explain it. Please send me the complete details of the billing because nothing justify such amount. I demand to be charged for the real amount of the comunication.
