I was having trouble submitting an order for a couch on their website. I live chatted with a representative who looked at my account and stated that no order had gone through and to re-submit. When that didn't work, she recommended trying a different card. When my husband's card was then declined, we found out from the bank that both transactions had gone through! They have now blocked me from their facebook page and I can't talk with a manager. I haven't received product or a refund! The chat representative says that they automatically delete duplicate orders, but don't refund the money!

- I would like all of the above. Most of all a refund for the considerable amount they took from my account, an apology for not addressing the issue in a timely manner (and removing me and my complaint from their facebook page when I was just trying to get a response), and a change is their website's order deletion policy/process.
