the company phoned and said my computer was sending them error messages. they would show me and then they took control of me computer remotely. they said I would need to pay £199,00 for them to fix it. I spoke to a computer technician who said they were scamming. the company is called windows security center I spoke to a bob williams and mike williams who sounded of asian descent. the telephone number they gave me is 1956675578
