I was online looking for loans. The next day (June 9th) I received a email saying I was accepted and that someone would contact me. On June 11 I received another email giving me a contact person and phone #. (Mr. Richard Gallagher @ 1-888-566-9998) After some discussions on the phone I agreed to send 500.00 by western union on the 14th. After I sent the 500. he calls me and tells me that I have to change the I sent to the other person is out of town for a while and gave me another name. Then he calls me back and tells me that because i'm a new customer that I need to sent another 500. and I told him that I don't have another 500. so it was agreed that it would be cancelled. After many phone calls unreturned I gave up and reported it to my local police station report # 4580303. I have all the papers if they are needed. Thanks Joan Wicks
