We were talking on the internet and 1st he said he needed to borrow 200.00 for rest of rental on equipment then he needed another 100.00 for something else then 50.00.He had gone to nigera to work.He said he was a construction engineer.I was stupid and ignorant for sending this.He was in Lago,Nigeria but lived at the above address.He was going to be finish with his job on Sept 6th and then going home.
