Ordered a dress to be made on August 10 and paid for it and for expedited shipping so that I may receive product no later than the ending of August. After repeated inquiries and no specific information I was told my dress was ready on September 11. Unfortunately, the timing made me unable to use it. DressBraw could never give me a specific date of when my dress would be ready. It wasn't until after I contacted PayPal to dispute the purchase that they expedited my order, by then it was too late.

- I am having the same problem getting a refund. The dress was cheap and poorly made. Wrong color and didn't fit. They still won't give refund! What do we do???
