We rented a truck camper for our vacation in alaska starting July 19th. After paying all the money, i tried to contact the company in order to make an appointment to pick us up at the hotel. no answer as everyone is reporting. My first payment went to a spanish bank (Caja de Ahorros de Valencia), the second payment went to a german bank (Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf). This payment i got back due to blocked account of the receiver (name of bank account owner: HEINZ SCHULZ, 240 PARK ROYAL, WEST VANCOUVER B.C. V7T 1NO)
Fact: One day before vacation we had to rent a car (no camper available anymore). Reading all the reports i see there are some group complaints going on. I like to join (we are from Switzerland).
