purchased a 3 piece living room set from EFA on Harry Hines Blvd in Dallas, Texas, I was toldthat the furniture was top grain leather and that it was being sold at a discount because of wholesale nature of their business. 3 weeks after my purchase, I noticed that the material on the sofa was deteriorating, peeling and cracking profusely. I returned to the location where I pursched the set and was met with all smiles until I indicated the reason that I was there, the sales person abrubytly told me that he was just a salesperson and that I needed to go to their other location and see the owner which is what I did. After speaking to a gentleman who originally identified himself as the owner (Sam) I wasd told that I needed to talk to the guy who Sold Them The merchandise whom he called on the phone after much urging on my behalf,the gentleman on the phone promptly told me that the set was "leather Touch" and he in fact had the same thing is home without a problem however, he was out of town and would be contact me in about a week. Needless to say this was begining to smell like a run around, I then insissted that I bought the set from HIS Store, not his supplier he then said that he needed to contact "the owner"? whom I then spoke with and forwarded him pictures. after about 10 days and a follow-up phone call and severalemails I was responded to my this gentllman with the following: It is not our set, we were selling it for another purson who's business in Duncanville, Texas and we cannot do anything about it.
