Have purchased MS Office STUDENT version and was sent key for Professional version. Didn't work. Spoke with Live Support. Was told to install winRAR. And re-directed to a bestsoftwaresupport.com for step-by-step instructions.
Nothing worked. Went looking for scam. Found this site. I am worry that all of this happenning this month! Are they new?

I want to withdraw my complaint. Problem was solved by using Live Help. I am still not happy about company not having phone rep to talk to. However on 5th take everything was done correctly. Thanks -
