I moved for Lewisville, where I had Verizon service with Verizon to a new location which was out of their service area, so I terminated their service at or about June 7, 2112.
At that time I was told that I would receivve a $13+ refund for what I had prepaid until the endof the month of June.
When I called about it, I was told that it can take up to 12 weeks for the check to be printed, which is, obviously BS.
So, now it is more than e months and I have not received the check.
