my name is gordon hirst of 10 panorama drive beaudesert 4285 my wife and i took out a funeral policy in 2005 with insuranceline it cost 40 dollars per fortnight for the two of us but the pay ments kept going up so i had to cancel my part as i could not afford itin may this year icomplained about the rising costs and asked if there was another way to stop the rising costs they said pay another couple of dollars per fortnight i said yes because the cost now had gone up to over51dollars a fortnight for one person they said the payout would be 5000 instead of 7000 isaid no i did not want to do it my wife passed away on the 27 september they put 5000 in my bank i had said i did not want to change so it should have been 7000they should be made to tell; what it costs for 70 year olds not the cost of a cup of coffee
