Mercaway rang me stating they were working on behalf of Microsoft to resolve virus problems. They took control of my computer over ther internet with my permision as they led me to believe i had muliple virus's.
Sounded like indian to me. Said my Norton 2012 issue virus protection is not good enough and offered a life time service contract anf licience for the above sum of money. Now concerened they have all my personell details. Crocky
