This company deducted $30 from my checking account without my knowledge or authorization. I called the phone number 888-235-3097 and was told the $30 was a fee to apply for a loan! I never sought a loan from this company. I was given a confirmation #V2102717 and told it would take 10-15 days to receive a refund. After 16 days and no refund, I called again. This time I was told the money would be refunded within 48 hours--that did not happen. On August 16th, I sent an email to [email protected] and received a reply that my refund had been submitted and it would take two weeks to show in my account. As of 9-7-12, still no refund! Calls to this company are now answered by a recording, "all agents busy helping other customers" and automatically hangs up after 2 minutes.
