I very nearly bought several hundred dollars worth of merchandise from sendwares.com. It's interesting that apparently they are a scam but webutation rates them at a hefty 80% out of 100%. Also Scam Adviser rates them at 40%, seems high for a scam? One dead giveaway of it being at least VERY fishy was when I checked for they're address on Google Maps and it doesn't exist. Too bad really, an iPad 3 for $228 seemed really awesome.
