I was having trouble with my computer. I received a call acknoeledging I was a windows user. I was told all customers were being called to correct errors in windows. I foolishly gave access to my computer & paid $299.00 USD for a contract for 2011-08-26 until 2014-08026. I was given a phome to call for service 1-647-288-1790 for 7 days a week 24 hour service. The number has a busy signal consistently. This happened today, Auhust 26, 2011 between 11:00 am & 1:00 PM.
