Received letter from Company: FoxRamp Trust about final award notification saying that I had won US$250,000.00 and was approved for a lump sum payment at NO COST TOO ME from their North American payment off located in Buffalo, New York.
I called the number at their main office in London,UK (011-44-798-224-6893) and asked to speak to either Pete Buckfield or Angela Morrison. I was placed on hold and transferred around the phone lines exactly ten different times while waiting on hold each time exactly 8 minutes for a total of 80 minutes. When the last person answered the line, they informed me that there was no one by either of those names working at that number and she proceeded to hang up on me.
I was never asked for the processing fees that other complaintants were asked to pay. I figured that they just wanted to run up my phone bill, which they did.
