I purchased a product and its upsell and the claims it was making sounded OK but there was so much out-of-pocket I slowed down with the hosting too. The policy was if you cancel within 7 days your card will not be charged, well during that window a webinar was planned to see how to get a campaign up and running and I signed up for it. Well, he moved the webinar to another day and my card was charged Big Shocker! Couldn't get on the webinar because it was full and I had to sign in again and I was disillusioned with the product and asked for my money back in an email with both ID numbers. Only got one refund back and wrote 4 more consecutive emails to get my $98 back crickets work at the billing department because there is still no reply. I went to BBB but they do not do International. This is ridiculous their policies are cr*p and they are not to be trusted, Stay far, far, away from them. I should have done my due diligence first, but companies should respect the consumer and not refuse their request for their money back.
