I was contacted by a Kathryn Ross who told me that I was approved for a $5000.00 loan and had to pay 11% interest. She said they also do business as Global Enterprises. I would pay $162.69 for 36 months to pay to repay the loan. I had 3 options to get the loan....1) Send a Collateral payment 2) Collateral Asset or 3) Insurance Policy for $500.00. I opted to send the collateral payment via western union. Originally I was to send $491.91 but Western Union would not allow that so I could only send up to $200.00 to Jamaica. I was told they could not pick up the money without the MTCN which they did within 15 minutes. I sent the money to a Daniel Markland. I also had spoken to an Elizabeth Downer who informed me that I would get the loan deposited in my account within 30 minutes as she had the check on her desk so she was going to release my funds. Never happened. Was told to call 876-356-4779 and speak with Customer Service to track my loan. I spoke with a Tony Fraiser and he told me after a further credit check that the loan company wanted more money and I told him that I didn't have anymore money. So he informed me that he was looking for another loan company which wouldn't require more money than what I already sent which he said was $491.91. As of today 9/6/2012 I have not received neither my loan nor my refund which he says takes up to 30 days. I informed him that my local detective seen them on the scam site and he said that it was because of angry customers who didn't get their loans and they were going to be charged with public slander. I also have reported this matter to Western Union but have yet to see a result.
