Bloomberg Finance Loan
Complaint 161983 Details

I was contacted by this company stating that I was approved for a 10,000 secured loan. According to the contract, I could choose as a collateral to pay upfront three payments of 327.39. I did this and I was told by Karen Cross that I'll receive the money wired within 24 hrs and this was in June of 2012, then when I called back I was given the run around, then I spoke with Elizabeth Downer who supposed to be a supervisor however I believe this was Karen because when she picked up the phone she stated her name was Karen and then immediately changed her name to Elizabeth when I asked her to repeat if she said Karen. Well she then stated that Karen had been fired because she handled this loan inappropriately. She stated that she needed an additional 500.00 to secure the loan so I paid it because she GUARANTEED as a supervisor I would have the 10,000 within 24 hours. Needless to say the end of July, to be exact July 22, 2012 I had not received any funds. I also spoke with Richard Watkins in customer support at 1-876-356-4779 and was given the run around so I asked for a refund. He emailed me a letter from where he states was from the government that I'd have to pay a 400.00 transfer fee. So I did that and now as of 09/28/12 I have not gotten my refund. Can someone help me get my money?
