I was called and told I was approved for a loan of $5,000. Because of credit problems, I could get the money if I paid $491.00. I had Karen Cross fax me a contract. The contract stated that the loan was fully approved with this payment and the funds would be put in my account in 24 hours. They wanted me to wire the money and I would get the funds in my account in three hours. I wired the money and I got a call saying
I needed to pay $400.00 to the government of Jamaca to have the funds release. I recognized it was a scam and asked for my money. Tony Fraizer said it would take 30days to get back what I wired in 10 minutes! It has been 30 days and I have not received a penny of my money. They breached everything in the contract and the additional funds for the government was not mentioned in the contract. Can't a class action lawsuit be filed for breach of contract and false advertising?
