I ordered 2 Obagi products on 8/18. There website stated it would ship that day. Their website states ships the same day. I have sent 2 emails requesting status and no response received. The day I placed my order, the money was taken from my account. They claim to be a distributor for Ogabi. I am about to contact OBagi.
