I ordered 3 Obagi products from obagiclear.com this morning. Website said they were an authorized dealer. Then I tried to cancel the order within 30 minutes because I saw online there are no authorized Obagi dealers. I called them twice, and I emailed them also. I received no response all day. Then around 6:00pm, I received an email stating my order status was completed. All this after I cancelled the order 12 hours ago. There was no way to get in touch with them. I replied to the email, please cancel the order. No response again. I was worried the products were fake. Now from all the complaints I am reading on Scambook beta, I will not receive any products at all. No one is getting any products. They took the $175.99 out of my account this morning, even though they knew I wanted to cancel the order, and they would not respond to my phone calls or my emails. These people need to be stopped immediately.
