I bought 4 tickets for Film4 Festival in Somerset House in London. Had some correspondence with them before making the purchase but then did not receive the tickets.
Very hard to get hold of anyone after, but Oliver Francis finally replied saying there had been mistake made by an employee and full refunds would be made. I was instructed to enter details of refund on website but website has not closed down and no refund received.
