This company is still actively promoting subscriptions for their bilingual book club.
They have not sent out books since December 2010, have no books in stock, and have, for all intents & purposes, gone out of business except they keep the web page up & running - a case of mail fraud.

They actively fleece unsuspecting customers for annual book subscriptions ($169/month), with no books on hand, no rights to sell these books in the first place (they also scammed 12 foreign publishers & authors), and no intention of returning money to subscribers (although I have suggested that they go thru paypal). Orders continue to come in daily, and paypal has not shut off the faucets.

I used to work for them and they owe me for $22000 for the work involved for the last book they ever published. Until paid, I am also the copyright holder on this book.

The Company is owned and run by a Nashville lawyer, Jim Roberts, using a faux Cambridge Mass address,who denies any responsibility, but it's all him.

They have rec'd numerous complaints by the BBB (in both Nashville & Boston) but not enough people look into these before purchasing. On behalf of the thousands of people who have been duped into purchasing and did not retrieve money by paypal, scambook could procure the monies owed.

My contract in specific details that they also must reimburse me for legal fees in recouping payments. Again, they have told my lawyer they have no income (false), and yet they still are in business.
