Despite payments being made on this account, this company continues to verbally harrass us, even when calling in to make payments. They are abusive in their collection accounts violating privacy laws and criminal law.(telling other non account holders about your account with them)They have refused to give any documentation regarding payment history for payments made/due...They will record whatever credit card information that you give them, putting it in a "book" for all of their employees to see.
