Reliable Resin

I placed an order for 2 resin model car kits with Mr. Don Theune D.B.A. Reliable Resin on January 4, 2007 and paid for them through PayPal. After a couple of months the items had not yet been delivered so I contacted Mr. Theune at which time he told me he was having some problems with his resin but thought he had them resolved and would ship the kits shortly. Several more months passed and still no kits. I Contacted him again and he told me he was having problems with his decal supplier but once again would ship very soon. To make a very long story short I have been in contact with Mr. Theune by email at least a dozen times and have had at least 2 dozen phone conversations with him always with a promise he would ship soon. The last time it talked to him was late April of this year. We worked out a deal for some different items since he told me he would have some difficulty filling my original order. Well 4 more months have passed and still nothing. All I want at this point is a refund of the $135.00 for the 2 kits plus $12.00 for shipping. I will never do business with this individual again and would suggest the same to others.
