Ordered a number of products, paid for it by PayPal. A number of emails sent to company, a few phone calls received from the owner stating a variety of reasons for the lateness but that "you should have it all in a few weeks". It is now June 27, a full six months since the company gladly took my money and has failed to deliver. My latest email was sent to them last week. I do not expect a reply. I have purchased many resin model car products from about 8 other companies, all of whom are open, honorable, and decisive about what they do.
I have since written off my purchase dollars taken by "Reliable" Resins and filed the experience under "Lesson Learned".
Before you buy from "Reliable" Resins, check into other suppliers and save yourself a lot of grief, wasted time and wasted money.
