I entered a competition on ITV.com/Lorraine when I had entered an article was displayed about beri supreme and bio cleanse the report was from a Susan Jeffers. The article sounded genuine and i felt that the products could possibly help reduce the problems I had been experiencing. The link was attached to the ITV website so did not even consider that it could lead to being ripped off to this extent.

I went into the link and ordered both products only paying P&P at no time did I see any terms and conditions. The products were delivered with a return address of Secure Media PO Box 13263, Galashiels, TD1 9AJ and a customer support team contact number 0800 433 4817.

Whilst checking my emails today I noticed a confirmation email for $118.50 dollars to this company. I rang my bank to check this transaction and in fact £87 and £76 had been taken. The operator recognised the company name and advised me to contact the Fraud department within the bank on Monday morning.

I rang the company who said they would cancel the account but yes I would have to pay the £163 as I had accepted the T&C. When I explained that I had not seen the T&C I was told it was there and I should have read them. Even so I asked how they could charge £163 for 2 products, he said it was legal and I had signed up to a contract with them. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THESE PRODUCTS
