I sent for a 'Free Trial' and had £162.85 taken from my account. When I complained, they sent me a 'refund' of£36.16, I cancelled the account. One month later, they helped them selved to a further £83.13 from my account, which they were supposed to be refunding. Needles to say, they have not done so and I ahve been unable to contact them by phone and they have not responded to email. They should be investigated by the Police, whereever to hail from to prevent them ripping other OAP's and other genuine people off.
