I naively took part in the 'free trial' For slimtoneplus plus and used my credit card for the £2.49 postage. I made numerous attempts to contact them at an early date to say the product was not working for me and to ensure they did not deduct any monies from my account The only phone number given did not work and the customer support site was consistently frozen. The only avenue for communication was to go to the signing up site and use this to send a message whiched i hoped they would take note of. Unfortunately, I received a second set of tablets I went to my bank to check my account. I was dismayed to find they had taken over £230 from my card, included in this was postage charges which had oddly increased to £4.95 per dispatch. I contacted Barclays fraud dept and they were aware of other similar complaints on slimtone. As I had authorised my card for the postage I could not reclaim this money. My bank has now sent them a letter and fingers crossed I will not have any more dealings with them.
