i tried to buy an item from one of the sellers on Dhgate.com and clicked on the item twice So was billed twice the seller was sold out of item and and they said i was to get a full refund in 2 or 3 days and when the refund was put back into my bank account .there was only one payment put back this was the $216.43 but i am still owed the other 216.43 i have sent DHgate about 20 e mails about this and i have not recived one reply from them i also sent them all the details of all the mails before but still nothing back . could you please try and get in touch with them about this matter
