In December 2011 we were on the internet and a Pop Up appeared telling us we were Google winners (millionth user for the day etc). We thought against it, but decided to ring the number advised just to see if it was real. TWO HOURS later we had been talked into a package that was confirmed in writing which involved accommodation at Time share resorts. THEY CONFIRMED IN WRITING that we would have benefits that they have NOT provided. For example, our package specifically includes one weeks free rental car but when we went to book it, it is only free at certain times (not shown in our letter.) I have spent hours on the phone (I live in NZ and this is at my own cost) trying to establish exactly what it is we supposedly purchased - they are hideous to deal with, talk in riddles, lie, and you end up thinking it is all your problem. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE COMPANIES!!!!!! Basically, we ended up paying lots of money for something we would NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! I have put our monetary damages in this report as the money we have spent, but it is unlikely we will even use this package or accommodation because our experience to date has been so bad. To fly from NZ to Florida as well just does not seem worth it AND I am only half way thru trying to confirm the "package" we have supposedly "won". What a joke!!!!!
