I purchased a dining set on ebay in May 2012 from Prime Concept Furniture, which is owned by Will Stein. He kept my money and did not deliver the furniture as of Sept. 1, 2012. He also will not refund my money. He is a thief!!!

Dear Stacy,
He did the exact same thing to us. We tried to purchase a Turin Media chest, which he indicated was available. Then when he informed us it wasnt' he didn't return our money and now bill pay is after us. He IS A THIEF. WHAT DO WE DO? -
