I took up an offer of a free trial after reading an endorsement by a leading T.V. presenter.
"Trial" starts at the time of order 14/08/2012 the product arrived 23/08/2012. I had an unauthorised debit from my account 30/08 /2012
Where is my free trial?. My chance to cancel?.
I was told by the slick complaint handler that my complaint was invalid because I had not read the small print regarding post.
I still cannot find justification and regard this withdrawal from my account as theft

I was offered a 50% discount but I declined as this would look as if I were admitting I was to blame. I am surprised that this well known T.V. presenter continues to let her name be used in front of this scam
