This morning (8/30/2012) I went online to check my balance with my Checking Account. I saw an abnormal balance in my account. I expected a direct deposit from my job plus the balance remaining in my account did not match the balance that was posted. I went to my bank and talked to the representitive there and she told me that a company I never heard of had deposited $300 into my account for a payday loan, I told her that I did not authorize anyone to deposit any money in my account all I did was go online to check into short term loans that I wanted to look into for my business for inventory, after submitting some info all I got back was a lot of emails for payday loans. So I quit looking. After I came home I made a call to Mass Street Group, was on hold so long that all I got was a voice mail box the first time, called them back and finally got ahold of a person, her name was Jenny, I told her that I got a loan that I did not authorize, she agreed to reverse the loan and got an email confirmation on it. I contacted my bank to let them know and to see if they can make sure that no other amount then the $300 comes out. Granted I could use the money but right now is not the right time, I have bills I have to pay and any amount other the what I have to pay will hurt me.
