called 800 information for dell tech support and they gave me this phone no. 888-598-7788. the person there ask what kind of computer and the problem i was having to him and the he asked for credit card of bank card no. i gave it to him, told me what to do to fix computer said put startup disk in and let it run the steps it needs to reboot itself said to call back when it was done. i did he told me some other things to do and nothing worked. said he would send me a cd and to go buy a extrnal hard drive. thought about everthing and something didnt add up so i called the next day and sure enough no one aswered the phone. hope no more money will be taken out of account. hope this helps someone.
