She runs a rental scam where she shows photos of a house to rent in Puerto Rico, lists all sorts of items included in the rental - yet most are broke - leaky roof, moldy showers... and then she scams you by billing you for stuff that is broken. Avoid - I was trapped in a 90+ degree house with my 78 year old mother and no phone... gross and unsafe and she is a dishonest woman.
